Not happy at all. Rex got Kennel cough so as some other friends dogs during Easter holidays. They didn’t even tell us about this yet charged for 5 day’s booking even though we used only 4 days . I won’t put Rex in this place anymore

We have been using Beaconsfield- Berwick pet resort for past 6 years for our small dog. I totally recommend them. Best service and friendly staff. Our dog always appears to have had a great time.

Beaconsfield-Berwick Pet Resort
We picked our 16 month old boy Dozer up yesterday. He was there for 26 Nights while we were away. He had only been to a kennel once before for 2 nights so I was very nervous leaving him for so long.They took fantastic care of him and I can’t thank them enough. If he could only talk I think he would say he loved it. I Have no hesitations in leaving him again.

Beaconsfield-Berwick Pet Resort
This is my first experience in putting a dog in extended care, but I found Beaconsfield Pet Resort to be very considerate and transparent in how they care for the dogs there. It's obvious they're dog people, and do well to deal with multiple types of dogs temperaments and sizes. My dog thoroughly enjoys her visits there and we've become weekly clients due to their knowledge and caring nature.

Charlie came home happy and healthy, from the moment I walked up the driveway, the staff were warm, friendly and inviting.This is the only place I would say definitely use.Highly recommended A++++

My fur baby is currently staying with them whilst we are on holiday and have made me feel at ease knowing he is in great hands! Amazing service and love towards all their animals. I even get sent photos and videos him! I had to write this review early as we couldn’t be more happier!The staff are AMAZING!!!

Beaconsfield-Berwick Pet Resort
Benjie was a guest there and stayed 13/14 days. Came home this week to a very happy little man. Very well taken care of and made a friend whilst in there. I have no hesitation in recommending this Pet resort. Re booked him in for our December trip with full confidence he will be taken well cared for. Thankyou staff for looking after him so well.
