I’m am super happy with the clinic and the help I have been given. Being able to do the sleep test at home is a huge bonus. I was given very clear instructions and paper work and video to watch on how to use the equipment . Follow up phone call was excellent .

The consultant at the Burleigh clinic is extremely supportive and knowledgeable on all things Sleep, from the diagnosis of OSA to feeling really supported when starting on CPAP therapy.The fact that you can run the diagnostic test in the comfort of your own home & bed is a definite positive. Would recommend this wonderful service to anyone struggling to sleep.

I found mould in my rental machine humidifier tank on day one of rental, few hours after trying the machine at the clinic. It is unacceptable.

Cannot fault this service. Sleep study was performed at home after thorough fitting explanation in store. Results were then clearly explained and I was offered various treatment options. Had a few user issues at home with my trial CPAP machine but these were dealt with efficiently by the Call Centre and then by the staff in store. Everyone could not do enough to make sure I had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

My advice is to look elsewhere if you need assistance for sleep apnea. I will be. From the start I have issues with this clinic. On the first few interactions I was asked the same questions several times throughout the initial assessment, time consuming for everyone. Eventually I was deemed a suitable applicant. I was given the sophisticated home monitoring equipment but not advised correctly how to attach everything properly. I persevered and did my best, only to return the monitoring equipment after a disruptive night's sleep (tangled in wires), only to be advise I hadn't put it on properly as I have a beard, there was a wire needed to go on my finger which was not demonstrated in the online video lesson you have to rely on at home to fit the equipment to your body to get test results. Every time I attend the clinic is a 1.5 hour round trip. On one occasion I had an appointment only to arrive and it was not in their diary so I had to go and come back again. Eventually I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. So now I am undertaking a trial month. I was asked which masks I preferred naturally I chose one that looks simple, not intrusive, just covering my nose. I attempted to use this only to be told it was not fitting correctly and that I have to keep my mouth shut for it to work. Would have been nice to have been told this in the first instance, especially as I have chronic sinus which I had mentioned numerous times and before unnecessarily taking home an unsuitable mask and losing many nights sleep frustrated but determine to address my sleep apnea problem. I was invited back for a refitting, this time a full mouth and nose mask, despite numerous attempts and more sleepless nights, this is not working either for me based on the data being collected. The constant noise on airflow through the tube passing my ear is similar to what it must feel like sleeping on a runway with an airplane taking off. So I was invited back today for 12.30pm appointment, only to make the 45 min drive once again to find the clinic door closed and notice saying open at 1pm. Surely I could have been informed about this closure and rebooked? There was even someone inside who just shrugged her shoulders at me, not even bothered to quickly explain why the clinic is closed. Seriously the lack of professional service with this clinic is beyond comprehension. The sleep apnea trial seems like it is trial and error before ever being effective. I was not advised this to be the case. My expectations about seeking treatment for sleep apnea have only been met with frustration and lack of clear guidance and expertise. I will be returning the expensive equipment back after the trial and looking elsewhere to treat my sleep apnea and would advise anyone thinking to use this clinic to treat their sleep apnea to do the same. I should also add, there is one lady who has tried to be helpful but by her own admission, she is overworked, often having to return phone messages into the evening after work hours because the clinic is not sufficiently staff to answer customer's phone calls.
