Extremely disappointed with the service provided by the vets. After 12.5 years of bringing my dog to them, when I called for emergency service in July, I was told that the vets were busy operating & could only see my dog in the afternoon. When I explained that I had never seen him so sick, I was told to make him comfortable until the appointment. We felt the appointment was very rushed as they were closing at 5pm. They gave my dog fluids through an IV & when we left with my dog, the young vet said don't worry, he will be fine. One hour later, he was dead. When i phoned recently to tell them to stop texting reminders of injections for my dog,as he had passed away there was no expression of condolence or apology. We have now switched vets. Do your homework & make sure that your vet will see your pets in an emergency.It will save you a lot of grief. We are still mourning Buddy's passing.

Absolutely fantastic for any reptile keeper. Dr Ray has an absolute wealth of knowledge and is very experienced with snakes. In addition to getting PCR testing done for our snakes, Dr Ray recently helped us with an eggbound rough scaled python. They managed to get us in quickly and Dr Ray expertly massaged out the stuck eggs while managing infection risk. Even with a multi-day stay, the price was extremely reasonable. Our girl made a full recovery and is back to doing everything she should. I have complete confidence bringing any of our animals here. Thank you guys for everything you do!

Would like to commend Mt Hutton vet hospital on the compassion and care they have given myself and my family after having to say a very incredibly hard goodbye to my baby girl Ellie two weeks ago.They went above and beyond in the last two weeks to make our tough time that little bit better. Ellie and I have been going the clinic quite regularly over the last few years as Ellie was never a well dog. Couldn’t recommend them enough for the service that they gave my special girl. When she began having problems in October they were more than accomodating in letting me see Ellie when she was staying over night even if it didn’t quite suit the clinics schedule, I never had any doubt that when I left her in their care she wasn’t being treated as she would’ve been in my own care.Thank you to all the team at Mt Hutton I will continue to bring all my babies to you guys for years to come!
