Terrible company to build with, buy from, or have manage investment properties.FYI, all the 5 star reviews are from accounts with no other reviews, this is clearly the company’s attempt at damage control.

The apartment I'm living in currently is pretty nice. Small, but adequate.

Awful experience renting a property managed by Kite Properties. I would recommend no one to lease a property with them. My partner and I have paid all the rents on time, never failed a deadline but still we were treated horribly. They do not answer your phone calls. The pool was not working for almost 7 months of the year, we did not receive any compensation. The rubbish chute had an issue for almost 2 months, no one bothered to fix it. The inspections are wayyyyy to strict than any other inspection. They look for opportunities to charge the tenant for literally anything possible. The end of lease cleaning protocols are so strict that it will guarantee the tenant losing around 1k for cleaners appointed by them even after you clean the apartment yourself.

Disappointing experience . Very very disappointing. Tries to claim everything when the place is clean neat and tidy . I do not know another agency that does that . Please be careful

To any tenant looking to apply with a manual form: don't bother with these people. It's their way or the highway - do the data-harvesting online application through a third-party operator whose privacy policy has more red flags than a Chinese communist parade or you'll be flatout ignored. Was never even given a chance on a place we inspected - waste of my time.
