The friendly and professional staff at Flight Centre Bridgepoint do amazing work! Lisa Chow went above and beyond to help me when my travel plans got complicated due to family matters, even though Covid had left the office (temporarily) short staffed. She was unfailingly helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Flight Centre Bridgepoint to anyone who is looking for expert help to make their travel dreams come to life!

Not only it’s impossible to get through when you can (as they just never answer their phones).Was treated with disrespect and hung up after dealing with Steven.Clearly I was stressed out about my trip and was wanting some clarity about my journey.It was like If my enquire was an issue for this guy and after arguing about why can’t he helped me, he simply hang up on me. Appertaining I swear at him, when I was just expressing my frustration with the situation.It’s not the first time this has happened to me. Avoid this person at all cost as there’s little empathy/ customer service skills!Worst experience and would suggest managers to train this person in how to deal with stressed customers!On the other side Kate is amazing!! So Defs look for her to book your next destination!! Thank you Kate for making my experience so much better.

Jake has taken care of my travel requirements a number of times before and I didn’t hesitate to get him to organise my upcoming trip. This time around he was super assertive in finding me the best deal suited to my needs. Jake quickly responded to all my requests and made sure that my travel insurance was also relevant for me. Jake at Bridgepoint Flight Centre has been absolutely fantastic with helping us with our travel arrangements. Flight Centre organized a brilliant cruise with Holland America Line from Amsterdam along east coast of the UK, which included the excellent military tattoo in Edinburgh, around Iceland, back through Norway to Amsterdam again. Would thoroughly recommend Flight Centre and Holland America Line to everyone.
