Do not waste your time with the pharmacy here. We have been getting medication monthly from this pharmacy for 3.5 years. Today was the last straw. We were accused of stealing one of our last months medications when we went to pay. They told us we never paid in August. I have ALWAYS paid for my medication. Period. Rather than listening to us they told us we need to dig through our records to prove we paid. Utterly ridiculous. Clearly there is some sort of issue in the system or someone has made an error on their end. I won't pay twice for medication I know I purchased and I won't stand for these accusations. Go to another pharmacy. These guys have no idea what they are doing. This isn't the first ridiculous issue I have had either, but its the one that I am now drawing the line at. Absolutely appalling service.

My daughter-in-law bought a body spray for her daughter and when she got it home the lid was cracked and the atomiser wasn’t working. She tried to return it and the lady on the counter refused to replace it and insisted that it wasn’t cracked when my daughter-in-law paid for it. I’m absolutely disgusted with this lady’s response over a $10 article. I won’t be shopping at Chemist Warehouse again.

The satff memeber Sabarda's service is amazing. Suggested best product options and went out of the way to serve customers. Her service is amazing. Keep up the great work.

I went to this chemist ware house today at 06:20 pm to certify some documents. One of lady pharmacist working there at that time was so rude. She was like we don’t do it anymore here, whereas I did that there before 5 days with another pharmacist.I told her the same. Then she started.. she is new and doesn’t have the stamp in a rude manner.I told her if that’s the case, “just tell I don’t do it, why did you say we don’t do that anymore”How can someone be so rude ?

A major addition to the chain of the discount chemist.. good range of products available in larger space.. proximity to the city is the best feature..

Went to chemist to check if there is a fax from top end under my name but they couldnt find it. Confuse n furious of the situation, I asked so what can I do? The Pharmacist replied, so what do you expect me to do?" . Better go back to study on how to serve customer

OK.....Ok....not many testers of the fragrance, so bought it without testing it.....and guess what?....the EDP is an average quality but paid premium price.

I was buying some perfumes for visiting overseas, so had to buy many for gifts. One of the staff was very rude. There were no testers for many perfumes, but while checking the opened ones, she informed me that they are not testers but in a very rude manner. After that I just bought what I had selected and walked out. The other lady filling perfume was very nice though who at first helped me select some perfumes. But I had to buy many so I let her go to choose myself. Either put tester or tell your staff to inform politely.
