Worst experience ever. Booked for 3pm but they didn’t start doing my nails until 4:30pm. While I was waiting, they accepted walk-ins and did their nails first. They didn’t cut my cuticles, uneven nail shape, dust stuck under the top coat and the guy was SO ROUGH. He made my friend’s cuticles bleed. He also digs and “flips” your cuticles out to get to the side of your nail which HURTS. Not sure why this place has good reviews… my friend and I will never go back to this place.

I’ve been coming to JNV Nails for years, Ni and Van take care of my nails very well and they always last at least a month. The girls are always so friendly, highly recommend!

Honestly a great place to get your nails done. I have been happy with my nails on every visit. The last one they took the time to fix a nail Tip right away after seeing it wasn't aligned correctly. Recommend this place very highly

I went to them yesterday for my acrylic nails and pedicure. I had a my 4 YO daughter with me as well. They treated my daughter like an absolute princess. I asked them if she can have nail colour applied and they did her nails so nicely (cut and file)for only $5. One beautiful lady also gave her personal chocolate to my daughter. My daughter was over the moonMy nails are done to perfection and they are such accommodating and happy people.Also I wen at 8 and they close at 9:00 on Thurs. I was the last one left there and they had to stay back for my job to be done till 9:11 (overtime) so I offered some extra cash to compensate for the time they had to stay back. They did not accept it and said they will be happy to see me again.I am not going anywhere else ever again, in love with this place! <3

Happy with my nail design and colours but the matte top coat (not shellac) got very flaky in less than 24hrs. I went back to get them fixed next morning, they were happy to fix it straight away. Not sure why the lady didn't used shellac matte top coat from the beginning though. The problem got fixed quickly and my nails are looking great.When I booked they said $20 for shellac and $5 for 2 design nails, they ended up charging me $30, still cheaper than other places.

First time going to JNV and what a pleasant experience. I was also getting SNS nails for the first time on their recommendation over shellac. Very professional, clean and overall friendly vibe. Will be coming back when I want my nails done again.

me and my friend went here, we shoes a picture of what we wanted and walked out with exactly the same thing. the staff where really nice and helped pick out the perfect colours. my friend had a time crunch so they got her nails done quick but they weren’t rushed. definitely going again<3

Been coming here for a while now and they always provide great service and quality! Sometimes the wait is a bit long, which happens with nail salons but the attention to detail makes it so much better than other nail salons I’ve tried! It’s also one of the cheaper options around the Hills area, and the team is so lovely.
