Went with group of 8 for dinner. We booked before hand, but there was quite a few available tables even if we didn't.The staff greeted us quite nicely and the person who took our order was very friendly and warm.Drinks and food came quite quickly.I loved the salmon and the gnocchi.We wanted to have dessert but was overly full by the big meals.Overall was a good night, will definitely go back.

Absolutely hands down one of my favourite places to eat! Food is ALWAYS fantastic quality. Great customer service. Very clean and every single cocktail is made perfectly!! If I lived closer I would definitely come here everyday!!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I have been to BASE twice, the first time the food was amazing, the service was perfect, and everything was beautiful! I really enjoyed it. The second time I went I got the same dish, however, the bread was like cardboard to cut, it had probably been sitting on a beach waiting for someone to order that particular dish, definitely not worth the $$, its a little bit disappointing that the food is not up to the amazing level of service and care the staff provide.

I have visited The Groove Train on many occasions since it opened in Westfield Plenty Valley. The food here is by far the best I’ve had compared to other Groove Trains I’ve visited.I love the family friendly atmosphere (Six of us all fit comfortably in a booth), and plenty of great choices on the menu. The meal sizes are beyond generous, and usually taste incredible.Definitely one of my favourite go too’s, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Staff were lovely, and the food was average at best.All the staff were very quick and great with any requests.Food came out quick, but there was no order to it. I got an entree the same time the mains came out, followed by lastly the kids' meals.

Their customer service is impeccable. This include the service from their management and the crew.Their attention, care, respect, and service level is at top notch, starting from the initial greeting, seating allocation, order taking, servicing the food and drinks to bill settlement.It is no wonder that this place attracts lots of loyal as well as new customers, especially during weekends and public holidays / special days. Suggest you book on advance, especially if you are going their with group of people. It is certainly not the place, if you are looking for a quite place to enjoy your coffee/meal, due to its popularity.Just a small note: we noticed the Nasi-gorang got bit too much salt. It could be down to our personal preference.

Service was great, I was seated straight away with menu, ordered and had my food in front of me well within the first 10 mins of walking in the door. I was apprehensive of the quality of the food but it was delicious. The eggs were cooked exactly how I asked and everything else on the plate was sour on. I want a huge fan of the sausage which was the only let down for my tastebuds. They weren't disgusting just not to my liking. I also love to see a bit of spinach with a big breakfast just adds a bit more colour to the plate. Overall it was great, I never left a crumb on the plate and I'd definitely order it again (only if I'm really hungry, it's big).
