I do NOT recommend Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate, plain and simple.I purchased a house through Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate and don’t have a nice thing to say about the experience.Sellers - It took two weeks and multiple phone calls to get an inspection on the property. It took three phone calls (messages left, calls not returned) to make an offer on the property. The best way to explain it is that they did not sell the property, I bought it.Buyers - make sure you cross your t’s and dot your i’s. And unless specified in the contract that the property will be cleaned prior to settlement. Expect a FILTHY house and allow plenty of time to clean it before moving in. On pre-settlement inspection it was raised with the Agent by my conveyancer however, it was made clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation as the property was in the same condition as it was when the contract was signed.

Matt is the worst property manager in corowa. This is the warning to property owners.he will cost you a fortune. He don't treat tenants with respect.which is turn will cost to owners.Obviously the the director of this realestate is incapable of managing staff

Deb͏ took the stress out of selling my property.Deb was wonderful to work with during the recent sale of my father's property. As I did not live in Corowa I was able to rely on Deb to handle all aspects around the sale, including property preparation. I always felt that she had my best interests at heart and relied on her advice to guide me through the sale process. I highly recommend Deb and would use her again should the need arise.

Deb managed the sale of a property for us at Rutherglen. I cannot speak highly enough of Deb (and Wayne) from Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate, they were absolute professionals, well balanced with a tremendous ethic.We were unlucky enough to have a lady purchase our property who proved herself to be the “original customer from hell”, and went out of her way to bemoan anything she could, including a litany or imagined problems with the house.My reaction was to tell the buyer to take her offer else where, but Corowa Rutherglen and Deb went over and above what was required of them to satisfy someone who clearly did not want to be satisfied and was determined to prove how difficult and nasty a client she could be, all in all a very unjustified and very very petulant person. It was actually sad to see the buyer destroy their own potentially positive experience.Anyway, as I said, Deb persisted with her and ensured the sale went through and the vexatious complainer was “satisfied”.If you are a purchaser, do not destroy your own pleasure of purchasing. Advice given by Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate to the purchaser was timely, correct and they attempted at every opportunity to help but the buyer, as I said, proved herself extremely prickly and hard to deal with (for no reason what so ever). I would go so far as to say the buyer was extremely and unnecessarily bellicose.The service we received was fabulous and second to none. I would highly recommend Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate and it’s lovely staff to both sellers and buyers.Communication throughout the process was constant, timely and positive. Closing the sale (for us) was a pleasure and Deb was always there with a smile and positive, helpful attitude.

When we informed Matt that we were using another agent to sell one of our rentals, he immediately emailed us to say he would no longer manage any of our rentals and it was effective immediately. If he couldn’t be the selling agent for 1 rental, he refused to manage (and possibly sell in the future), any. Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional he was and would not recommend him for anyone selling or renting their property.

My property has been leased through Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate for some time now. Deb and the team do a great job!

So far so good. These people are professional, courteous and helpful regardless of whether you're looking at selling or renting. I spent 12 years in my last rental property with another agent, now it's time for a change for the better.

Deb is an absolute pleasure to deal with and an excellent communicator. Respectful of all stakeholders, happy to help and always with a smile.
