Nice, helpful and friendly staff.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, however, they're not always aware of who's in the 'line'. It would be good if the place to queue was more obvious to stop people from just walking in and thinking they're next. I waited patiently in line for some time this morning while two other customers were being attended to at the counter, only to be overlooked when the counter was free, the staff attending to other customers who walked in some time after me - and they weren't waiting on prescriptions. I don't think I'm invisible because I got served when I decided to cut my losses and go to Coles to get what I needed. There are always plenty of staff and I can appreciate there are busy times, however, this morning was very quiet compared to other times I've been here and experienced the same thing.

Dropped in to fill a script for our toddler while travelling. We were amazed at the quality of service provided by the chemist, he went above and beyond to assist us. Old fashioned, good quality, boutique type service. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a chemist.

There is a significant price difference in medicine pricing when compared to chemist ware house. It’s quite disappointing. Difference was almost 4-6 times!

Amazing staff... very attentive and they know your name when you walk through the door.. Mel is particularly attentive... love this store. 10 stars!

Even though I no longer live in the area, I still will only come to this Pharmacy.Every single staff member here, both the pharmacists and customer service staff, go above and beyond with their service and treatment.It’s nice being remembered and known by name, nothing is too much trouble, and they always check on how I’m feeling - not just a generic “how are you today” way, they genuinely care.You’re all lovely and make this tricky chronic pain journey much easier to navigate. Thank you all so much. You’re so appreciated.
