Very Genuine car mechanic whom we can trust. My car broke down for battery issues, RACV replaced a new batter 6 months back and blamed on there is a issue with the alternator. I brought the car for alternator replaced, but the mechanic checked the alternator and the battery, then found the alternator is good and it is a defective battery. This saved me $750 (for not replacing the alternator) which is in good condition. I really recommend this place for car service and repair.

It's was great they do an awesome job

After purchasing my 2009 vehicle in great and roadworthy condition in 07/13, I needed to obtain another roadworthy certificate to sell the vehicle in 10/13, just 3 months later due to building a house and already having another vehicle. Because the Australian automotive industry is poorly governed and people continuously being ripped off, to obtain the roadworthy it needed work to be done. Despite being approved only 3 months prior and having only 56,000 km on the odometer. I was told $500+ was needed to get my near new vehicle up to scratch so I could sell it with registration. Having good knowledge of vehicles, especially this one seeing though I've owned 3 previous, I questioned the old man and he was a very vague in his responses. It was clear he just wanted the money and couldn't let me go without something being wrong, even though what needed to be done didn't affect the road worthiness of my near new vehicle.

Nox and the team are very proffesional and reliable! I was always cautious of mechanics because of the many stories I've heard but time and time again they do such agreat and honest job with my car. Found them by chance a couple years ago and even after moving suburbs I have continued and will continue to drive all the way to ringwood to get my car serviced and fixed by them. Highly recommend!

The gent I dealt with, was upstanding, had a decent chat, and he did what was necessary, and didn't charge like a wounded bull, either. Appreciative for the help at such short notice too, these guys can for sure count on my continued support, can't believe I'm actually looking forward to my next service, and minor repairs. Good mechanics you can trust are hard to find. Nox has always been great, checking with me for big ticket items and giving me options. The workshop is clean and the work professional.

Took less than 24 hours for service to be complete, just walked in, didn't even book as my car had overheated and I needed a fast quality fix. Wasn't disappointed and very friendly, understanding, professional mechanics.
