Yoga Rebels
Last Wednesday was my first class with Kristy at the wonderfully calming Yoga Rebels Studio. The class I took was Rebel Restore. The space Kristy has created allows one to venture within, the smells and sounds evoked tranquility for me and her skilled guidance leaves you feeling calm and confident to explore your edges. I would highly recommend this class for anybody from beginner level to the serious yogi. Kristies ability to adjust to each persons needs was both refreshing and welcomed. Thank you Kristy, I will be back.

Yoga Rebels
Yoga Rebels is a great studio set in South Frankston. I can highly recommend yin restore classes and Kristy’s clear guidance.
