Jim's Mowing Taylors Hill

I’ve used Jim’s before and I expected better quality than this. Didn’t take all the cuttings, heaps left behind which you can see pictured near my green bin. Even after advising not to cut the face, started to and when I had realised, it was too late so I said he may as well continue but he absolutely butchered it. Even still, the face was not trimmed evenly which I ended up fixing myself. Understand is grows back but this will take a while to grow back so I have to look at this for the rest of the year. Despite paying for scaffolding, he was still going to leave overgrowth at the back of the hedge as he said he couldn’t reach. After I challenged it, all he did was move the scaffolding closer to the trees which then allowed him to reach. This is simply not good enough. I’ll be sourcing another service provider next time.
