Thankyou for a fun filled morning with lots of laughs despite the nasty weather. Beautiful polish and communicated clearly around my wants and needs, happily obliging.Would come back again!

i asked for long coffin nails, she has given me short nails and she didn’t file them before putting the acrylic on, one side of my nails is longer than the other, she was very rough as well. over all bad service, she was a lovely lady but didn’t show any time, attention or interested in doing my nails, than charged me $75

Went in and told them I wanted SNS (dip powder). Waited till my appointment time. When I sat my appointment. I told them again SNS. The gasp of seeing my SNS nails. NO. We do acrylic. They will be thinner, better. I said SNS and they refused. I told them I need durability because of my work. They said no. Only acrylic. I should have walked. But I thought I’d try acrylic. They only had a few colours in SNS in pink tones anyway. They did not soak off as usually done with removing SNS. They filed it down to the point my nails hurt with the electric file. My nails though looked ok walking out. Lasted 2 days in the work I do. Hence asking for SNS. $70 for 2 days. At least with SNS I get the 2 weeks minimum. Plus they were pushy and told me not to look while they were doing my nails. I want to watch the work being done. I was told to look away. First and last time I will ever go there. Do not recommend.

I don’t know what happened. My toe nails look amazing but I went in with reasonably long finger nails. I asked for them to be shorter. And I came out with bear claws that have been cut and filed right down to the skin! They look horrible and I was hoping to have beautiful nails but unfortunately now I have to go somewhere else and get nail tips put on because these are so short they hurt!

To one of the customers at this nail salon today (you know who you are) I would like to publicly expose you about how rude you were today. You were so racist! Making comments about the owners ethnicity and just damn right RUDE! I cannot believe the words that came out of your mouth! This lady then left without paying and the owner had to go looking for her in big w to retrieve the money she owed. She then came back and told everyone how she is going to make a bad Google review on the website of this Nail Salon.Here I am making everyone aware of this awful person and making a good review for the beautiful ladies that work here.I would just like to say how amazing the service at this nail salon is! The ladies here always go above and beyond to make sure I am 100% happy with my nails. Could not recommend enough!!!

Went in today for a pedicure. Only need to get the old varnish off and cut the nails. Well the varnish came off, staff not happy that I did not want them varnished again. They gave me the tiniest trim to my nails and when I asked for more to be taken off. Told no that is all we do.! I have been to other establishments that have cut my nails to a short length.And then they had the audacity to charge me $50.00 for that service.Will never go back there again.Now I know why they can take walking all the time, they are never busy.

I was extremely disappointed with my nails. Multiple times I requested black nails and once they were done they looked fine. But as soon as I walked outside into the light I was appalled at the disgusting navey blue colour that they were. And to add to this disappointment they were $80 dollars and I won't be recommending it either. I will never go back to this shop again and will be telling everyone else I know not to go either. Also a very rude factor was they were speaking in their own language while seemingly pointing and laughing at another customer.

20 min shellac no massage $60 !!rude and extremely shonky. Do NOT USE THIS SHONKY SALON.
