If you book an appointment don’t expect it to be that time, they never honour an appointment, when you have made an appointment and you arrive they say sit there i will be ten minutes!! It’s never ten minutes more like 30-60 mins, not only do they make you wait but others walk in and they say yes we will do it just sit down i will be ten minutes!!!! There are 2 staff members and always 5 or more customers!! Yes ten minutes doesn’t work anymore!! My poor mum who was sick had booked in early that day with my daughter and we had explained to them that mum needed to get to her appointment!! Yes yes they said we have booked you in!!!! they had so many clients when they walked in and they told them ten minutes!!!! My mum was feeling really sick and they went for a walk as it had been 30 mins already, they went back and they said ten mins!! Another hour they had to wait!!!!!!! They do it every time I was really sad they had done that to my mum and daughter when we had booked in that morning, it was now 7pm !! Lying and letting people down will never get you more customers as you are too greedy !! See you later Fiones never again!!!!!!!

First time getting acrylics done and they came out so nice! i'm addicted :) thank you for making them shorter as well for work.
