Dr Louis and the staff have been brilliant, friendly, caring and great with the kids. The whole family goes and are alway happy (as happy as you can get going to the dentist haha).

19th Ave Gentle Dental was recommended by a colleague at work, and Dr Louis Lo has since been the preferred dentist for our whole family for the last 14+ years (even though we had to travel all the way from Brisbane). Dr. Louis has always been very thorough, and highly technical skilled with wealth of experience. He patiently spends time listening to your problems, and advices a solution on how to keep your teeth and gum in best conditions. I have recommended Dr. Louis Lo to several other families and friends. They have nothing but praise for his honest, ethical conduct and extremely gentle approach to all his procedures. I can confidently recommend 19th Ave Gentle Dental to anyone without hesitation.

Went there for a check up. First impression, not very welcoming. I felt very uptight and wasn’t sure if I came to the right place. No follow up program and I felt like they don’t want me there. Very very bad experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first time at this dentist and I was very impressed. Louis was methodical in his assessment of my dental situation and let me know exactly what was going on, what work would be required and how long it would be expected to take. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and environment in general.
