Stopped here after a while to grab a coffee early morning 4:00 and met this lady staff, her face expressions were so rude and terrible and she didn’t even respond to me properly. Maybe because of my appearance don’t know. The coffee she made was terrible and half of the cup was full with froth and when I ask her to put some more milk please, she just put it like that and froth was everywhere on the cup. I have paid 5 bucks for the bloody coffee and she treated me like I am bloody getting it for free. Her face expressions just ruin my bloody day. I know few staff at this place is very good and humble but unprofessional people like her always responsible for business loss. I normally let things go but I have to write this one to let the management know.

Not a friendly service station!Stopped for refuel and asked if we could use their microwave to warm up the food. We were told bluntly only for the truckies. Very disappointing customer service

Was Served by Emily today very friendly made my coffee perfect. Service with a smile. Very bubbly could not fault at all. Keep up the great work

One lady named EMILY is very rude with Indian community. I always fill fuel in the night and her job hours mostly in the night and she never say hi hello or greet her customer. Even if customer say hello she say nothing in response and make rude faces. If I say to make coffee she never pay attention, I don’t know why?? But her behaviour is very rude, this also happens with my friend as well hundred of times. I just wanna say if you don’t want to greet anyone, then you can stay at your home, it’s better than rudeness atleast someone doesn’t get upset by your behaviour.

Store and restrooms exceptionally clean and tidy. The 3 ladies working at the time have excellent customer service skills. Thank you for the great service

NO LPG HERE, Don’t bother with this option, if you want a range of good quality food, cheaper fuel, LPG which this place has abandoned for their own interests, and smiling staff, go to the APCO in Wangaratta. The APCO is better in every way than this rip off stop that may be attractive on a road trip, but take the little bit of extra time to detour into Wang, and get better service and choices, waaaay better. I do this now every trip since BP dumped the LPG with no conscience. APCO Wangaratta is the go!

Disgraceful toilets absolutely disgusting.Empty the feminine hygiene reciprocals so that women don’t have to leave them on the floor! Incredibly bad. I wish I had taken a photo but I had to leave immediately in case I threw up.
