I asked the owner if they were capable of the first two photos and a quote. The owner said $90 for it but additional $5-$10 on top for extra length = roughly $100.When the staff started the shape was already bulky and not right. I asked for coffin and received rounded wide nails. I asked her to fix my apex and nail curvature/structure but she just filled down the nail bed. The design I asked required heart glitters to be encapsulated in the acrylic which the worker didn’t want to do when i asked- rather just stick ontop and seal with gel. Workers were confused on how to tackle and actually said that design would be $120 instead. I agreed but wanted to confirm if they were actually able to do it since I’m paying that much. “We will try our best but skill differs for everyone”. The workers then swapped as they seemed to not want to service me. The new worker became snappy with me and wouldn’t listen to anything I asked of her. Wanted to only do it her way and her method - acting oblivious and treating me disrespectfully. None of the staff listened to me and brushed me off. Any remark or question I had was disregarded. There wasn’t a language barrier either as I was speaking politely in Vietnamese to ensure they understood. I asked to stop as I was unhappy with the entire process saying I can pay $120 if you want me too. “I’ll only charge $75 to be fair”. Thanks.

Really bad…asked for a shellac manicure and polish pedicure. I’m giving 2 stars as the lady who did my pedicure was fine but whoever did my shellac manicure injured me 3 times - one by drilling on my skin, one time when filing my skin instead of my nails and one time stabbed me when trimming my cuticles. Then after I get back home I just realised that my nails are kind of textured and my fingers that she injured are still stinging from pain. Just not sure if it’s worth the $85 as it was such an uncomfortable experience.Edit: Revised the review as Lin, the store manager, has contacted me about the situation.

They charged one person $30 for shellac and a manicure, then charged me $40 for the exact same thing. There is another nail salon in Mirrabooka shops near Kmart though so just go there.

I love going here for my nails, they look amazing and I receive so many compliments. Staff are efficient and you never have to wait long.

I have been coming here for 5 years and all of the ladies do a fantastic job. Very happy to do deigns by picture or with what you ask for.Excellent services every time.

I used to come to this shop to get my nails done regularly, the service and staff are very good. But when I came back to this store today, I was very disappointed. The red hoodie who served me was rude and disrespectful.

I had the same experience like couple people mentioned here, injured me by drilling on skin, the pain didn’t go away for more than week. Didn’t get much time to choose the Color so really wasn’t happy in the end anyway. Spent 65$ felt like I could have just used a normal paint at home instead. A little late review but on my last visit I had decided I won’t be coming back!

I have been to this place few times and only first time they did my nails perfectly. I went there this morning to get my current Acrylic sets off and put new ones. She cut my nails so short she couldn’t even fill them down. Each nail has different shape and looks like my 4 year old niece painted them for me. Got charged $60 for this fantastic job.

I had my nails done yesterday. I shied the girl a photo of what I wanted. Which was very basic. A natural colour and then coloured tips.I trudged her to put the correct colour on á the base.End result very disappointing. Nails are nothing like the photo.First photo is ehat I wanted.Second photo what I got.

Went to them a week ago for a service that included a deluxe pedicure. The massage was the worst pain I had ever felt, like she had managed to put knots into my legs?? I have just now noticed that I have bruising on both legs in the area that she was causing the most pain. Had I of noticed the bruising sooner I would have gone back for a refund, but I’ll just settle for never going back here. Definitely should not be walking away from a relaxing pedicure with knots and bruising.
