I've been to Unanderra mower centre 3 times now in the last few weeks, they have all the outdoor, and lawn care equipment you need. Massive range and stock in-store to the customer service took me back in time, perfect. To Rod, Tristan, Mat and the team thanku for your help. Highly recommend giving this local business a call.

Popped into the shop this morning and it was an all round incredible experience. The team were so friendly and helpful, particularly Sam who went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us stay in our budget. Highly recommend.

I read a few reviews here and does not make sense to me. I can’t speak about everyone that works there because I just deal with Tristan “not sure his position” but since day one he is been easy to deal and also we had a big of miss understanding and the way that he sorted out was great, as a business owner I really think he deserve 5 stars for his honestly. Definitely ask for him if you goes there

New owner! Went into UMC to discover it's now under new management, what a pleasant change. I had brought in my leaf blower for a service as I was having trouble starting it, the team got it running like new and back to me in 2 days.The young gentleman who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked regarding a new lawn mower. I purchased one on the spot and they even delivered it home for me! Exceptional service!

The service and attitude of staff at this store is atrocious. Bought a Honda SP domestic which would not self-propel on any grass of about 3cm or higher and absolutely not up an incline. Staff member with beard tested it on footpath and claimed it was fine. Eventually the manager conveyed a message that I could swap it for something else (he would not discuss in person). So, bought a Toro commercial. Got this to first job only to realise that the blade drive had not been connected by the shop staff. Took it back, received no apology form anyone. A month later the pull cord snapped so decided to replace by myself rather than hear a tale of consumable parts and no warranty.UPDATE: Nov’22 - Blade drive belt snapped at 12 mths after light duties. No parts available for this store’s only Toro commercial walk-behind (nor after 48hrs).
