Stood in line for 18 minutes. Literally. And none served me just to pay for 2 items lol won't be making my way back to this store. Maybe when they hire new staff. Made the review while I'm in line :)

Where are your male fragrances? They are still out of stock. I always look forward to buying them. I have a good collection of Zara fragrances but lately there is no stock.

Came here tonight and purchased a pair of pants, the girl who served me (with the long hair) has terrible customer service and needs to be a bit more friendly and welcoming….. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or she just hates her job but I believe she needs more training.I ended up taking the pants back and getting a refund shortly after, as I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Unfortunately, the one staff can ruin it for the rest - 0/10 for customer service.

Today, I went to buy some cloths, did not find the size. I saw three girls standing there and talking. I asked help and they looked at me with so much anger. A long hair girl with very long face slowly walked to the counter, check the computer and told me no size for me. And she said I don't need to call her, just use any other counter with long face and rude attitude. I was shocked, never seen such a rude employee so I asked her name to the other girl. It was Sara. Also, I saw some very bad reviews about long hair girl in Zara, garden city and seems like none of Zara managers care of customer service. I expect she should ring the other shop and ask size for us with smile as everyone else does in Australia, not long bloody face talk back. She was absolutely good at ruin my day.

Today , My review is about staff / costumer service . I was at Mt Gravatt Zara to returned some of the stuff that I bought online and the staff who was at the counter was so helpful, sweet and costumer service 10/10 . However, one of the staff who wasn't wearing their actual uniform ( manager ?) Was so rude to her own staff. She had so much attitude. I felt like she was literally bullying her own staff. I was at the counter few times because I was returning/ buying and unfortunately I witnessed Zara staff bullying their own staff . Well as a consumer not a good sign. I felt so bad for that staff. Zara please check your Cc camera and have a some sort of rule/ coustermer service manner not to be rude in front of customer? And be kind to your staff because they are human and look after them .( Date 13. 05.23, time Approximately between 1300 to 1430 hrs )

Customer service and attitude at the cashier needs major improvement . Many times I've been served by people who are not friendly , or they don't even smile at you and at times very slow in folding the clothes and putting it in the bag. It's like they've had a bad day or they're over serving customers.

Always helpful. I enjoy shopping at this store. Good customer service. Only problem this time was that the fragrance display was empty. The sales assistant explained that the shipment hasn't come in yet. Disappointing as I love the Zara fragrances. Hopefully the stock situation changes very soon.

I bought an item from this store on 25 June 2023. I was happy with my purchase so I disposed of the tags and receipt and washed my item as per the label instructions, so I could wear. After I washed it, I noticed that some areas of the item were defected. I took the item into ZARA Mt Gravatt on 30 June 2023, as per the suggestion on the ZARA online customer support page. The cashier was lovely and helpful, however the manager she called in (I’m assuming) was absolutely horrible. Coldly told me there is nothing she can do about it. No smile, no manners, no customer service. Not even a suggestion to contact ZARA support. She even stated I could have stolen the product and could be trying to exchange it. It’s actually disgusting. I understand there are policies and procedures in place but this doesn’t mean you speak to people inhumanely. I managed to contact ZARA support and thankfully they are much nicer.
