Telstra Mt Barker

Colby i believe his name was too much in a rush and said an offer was available for 12 months until the final point where he corrected himself and was adamant he said 6 all along . Wouldnt of jumped at the deal offered if i didnt hear 12 months. He then without hesitation gave me back my license and said its not worth argueing about when he knows he was right.As always terrible service from telstra . Staying with optus as i would recommend everyone else do .

Visited today to sort out moving house and update 2 mobile plans.On entry,we were greeted and went through what we needed.The consultant we had was on top of his game,1st class customer service.

Terrible experience with Kieron at Mt Barker Telstra. Angry and intimidating totally unhelpful and unable to assist. Kieron provided completely incorrect information and responded aggressively. Appalling. This intimidatory behaviour caused the closure of 2 personal accounts with Telstra and 1 business account. Will absolutely never set foot in that store again. Avoid.

The staff were warm, friendly and professional. Destiny assisted us with a complex matter and surpassed our expectations. She explained everything in detail with patience and expertise. Telstra cop a fair bit of flack for customer service - especially by people who turn up at the shop front expecting to be dealt with immediately - however if you go online and book an appointment, the whole process is quick and simple. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was seen immediately by customer service officer Joe, who did a great job of organizing my new phone, upgrading plan, and sorting out some incidental issues - also went to the trouble of downloading all of my data from my old phone to my new one, and setting up new mobile broadband unit so that both were ready for immediate use. Just make an appointment and it will all go smoothly.

Went to telstra shop Mt Barker today with several problems that needed sorting out and was blown away by how fabulous and helpful, polite,courteous and professional they were. A huge shout out to Kieren who not only put my very stressed mum at ease ,his beautiful demeanour and kind,considerate help was above and beyond . Thank you so much ,your help,attitude towards customers and kindness is extremely appreciated. ❤

BELLA is simply amazing!!! She had qualified me over the phone and had everything ready to go when I arrived to the store… I was given accurate information and abled me to make decisions without any pressure… BELLA stayed past close time to assist me and made my Telstra experience excellent. My Family had an Excellent customer service experience at the Mt Barker store. The week before Christmas, there were lots of people in the store, and it was very busy. Multiple staff members greeted us, and explained we would be served as soon as possible. Kieron helped us purchase the new plan we needed, and answered all of our questions. He also explained all of the techie stuff regarding the Xbox we added to the plan.Kieron was extremely professional, engaging and knowledgeable. We have not been Telstra customers for over 20 years due to previous experiences interstate, but after receiving the service we did by Kieron, and & Owner Vince, we will start the process to change providers. Kieron is an extremely good Customer Service Rep, and and Vince is an engaging and dedicated Franchise Owner, who has gone out of his way to ensure the Xbox will be delivered before Christmas. 100% Best Telco experience we have Ever Had.
