Extremely profession experience. We worked directly with Josh and he was amazing. The extension was everything we could ask for and then some. Would highly recommend and even when their were problems, they were quickly resolved. They coordinated around our young family and helped us to stay in the house as the renovation occurred. I cant tell you how happy we are and continue to be. I also have a sanity room (parents retreat) that comes in handy with teenagers

I highly recommend Prostyle Building – professional, experienced, responsive, efficient and friendly. Prostlye finished on time and on budget with quality workmanship and attention to detail.Our project was complicated - major alterations to a three story 1960 home. Prostyles managed every aspect well, finding practical, cost effective solutions to any issue that arose. On several occasions, Craig and his team helped us improve the overall design. No task was too difficult.Communications with ProStyle was excellent. The contract was clear and through - included the schedule and subcontractors Prostyle use. We were kept updated on progress and supported in making important decisions. Prostyle attended to our concerns and questions quickly, providing good advice. We met regularly on site which we enjoyed because Craig and his team were always friendly, happy and relaxed. They cared about us getting the quality and finish we wanted. Prostyle supported us when we needed to make modifications during the build and these changes had minimal impact on the cost or completion date.Incidentally, we commenced at the beginning of the pandemic and watched Craig and Josh strategically plan to make sure they had the materials and subcontractors in place. Despite the shortages in supplies and tradies, Prostyle completed our build on schedule and on budget. Very impressed.The subcontractors Prostyle work with were professional, efficient, hardworking, helpful and polite. All work was completed to a high standard. They came to work happy and spoke very highly of Prostyle.I am extremely grateful to Craig, Josh, Dave and the team at Prostyle for making a complicated build easy and stress-free. We found Joshua and the team at Prostyle to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of our renovation. They listened to us, gave us what we wanted and delivered the work to a high standard. This was the second time we had used Prostyle as we were more than happy with a previous extension that they did for us a couple of years ago. Prostyle Building Group and the subcontractors they utilize are the best in the business. Josh Fogg and his team did an amazing job in transforming our town house both inside and out. They completed a major second story extension on the rear part of our house and expansion of our master bedroom across an existing balcony whilst creating a new balcony out the front. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and overall experience throughout the whole process. Josh was extremely responsive and actively worked with us to achieve the desired outcomes and regularly ensuring an extremely high quality finish. When there were challenges or unexpected issues (as is normal with an extension), he was clear and provided practical solutions. I cannot speak more highly of the company and have referred many friends since to utilize them for any building projects. They were on budget, early in finishing (amid the pandemic in 2021), worked around us living in the house and created an excellent result. We bought an off-the-plan unit from ProStyle because the next complex built by them many years ago still looked good. The main problem we were facing was the dishonest with what they promised. They allow a certain degree of customisation over the inclusion list with extra money. The extra money is 20% on top of the market price despite they can get large discount as a builder. Even that, they still played tricks. For example, the premium quality floating timber floor we selected became cheaper one with much thinner top timber layer and it is easily to leave footprint marks on it (our previous house floor never had such problem) , the ducted rangehood became recirculated one, the ducted air-conditioning with 2 separated controls downstairs and upstairs became only one downstairs so once turned on it heats the entire house - increasing the electricity bill. These came at the same cost we paid extra. They were reported to the builder within 90 days protection period but no action was taken at all. I guess it's too expensive to rectify. The quality of the workmanship is not satisfying, too. You can spot paint chips. The bathroom door closes itself, not balanced properly. The TV outlet doesn't have signal. One of the downpipes was improperly installed and overflows in medium rain. The gutter was in a wrong angle so the overflow water flows towards the building structure. There are also sealing problem between the roof and the exterior walls. One spot of the adjacent ceiling started cracking due to the water penetration. Moisture metre reads 98%. These all fixed with our own cost. My feeling is once they got your money they walk away as if they'd never built your house. Think carefully and make everything in detail in the contract if you still want to use this builder.

We recently completed our second build with ProStyle and for the second time, we have been thoroughly impressed with . ProStyle very much included us in the build process allowing us complete flexibility to select materials, vary inclusions and make modifications along the way that had minimal impact on project cost.Communications with ProStyle was excellent. We knew which stage of the build we were up to and what decisions we were required to make to allow ProStyle to continue the build on schedule. We had regular meetings on site walking through the build and discussing progress.Minor touch ups at the end of the build were promptly attended leaving us with a house that was delivered on schedule and within our agreed budget.I have now built 2 houses with ProStyle, each worth more than $500k. I would happily trust them with a high-end, $1.0M+ build.
