Mystyle homes, heather are wonderful the attention to detail is unbelievable. I have built in the past with other builders in cairns but mystyle really are a cut above. Have recommned them to all my friends and family. Thankyou again to the wonderful team at mysryle homes.

Price can change up to 100K after you pay for the prelim agreement.New comment Date-23-8-2022I sent a detailed email for the reason of my disappointment, I do not hear anything in return, that is why I thought this may be a common practice of your business so I should write a comment.I will again reiterate what I wrote in my email previously we are entertained by a person who has no knowledge and expertise in the field he consulted us in three meetings, and we only got to know the above when we paid for a prelim contract and an expert came to see us. Then the expert told us whatever has been discussed in the previous meeting with that person does not apply at all (we even figured out he did not pass any of our conversations to her as she knew nothing about our project when we met her). All that above have cost me that prelim contract money plus two months of our important time only to know that whatever has been told us before by the first contact person, the actual cost of the construction will be around 90-100k more than that, where he would have simply refrained from consulting us if he doesn't know the information rather than giving the false information.

This is my second time building with Mystyle Homes, and was welcomed with generous friendly and well supported arms. Heather & Grant and the whole team at Mystyle are very professional and do assist and did listen to my needs in my home design. My second home with them is about to go to construction, and cannot be happier to take this Journey with them once again, because I know I will be well supported during and after the build is complete.For those people trying to decide on a building/design company, look no further! I Highly recommend Mystyle Homes.

I'm currently building my first home with mystyle and I can say Heather and the team made the whole process very easy, catered to all my needs throughout the build so far. There happy and energetic team made the whole process a pleasure, and there attention to detail is second to none. The build quality was fantastic, these builders are not ones to cut corners so don't expect the cheapest price. However if you want a home built to top specifications with quality materials you can't go past Mystyle homes.

MyStyle built our first home and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. From start to finish, the team were very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. I cant say how thankful I am with the entire team at My Style Homes. Grant, Heather Lachlan and Petra all assisted through out the entire process from the day i walked in to there display home in Cherry-brook and decided they were the ones I want to build with. From day 1 step by step was easy with no pressure and as a first time home builder / buyer the communication was great and planning was so easy. The build during the COVID period was always going to be harder but the updates kept coming and the house handover came its was better then i could have asked for. The quality control by Steven and the contractors was excellent. Doing this build was the opposite of what I had been told about nightmare of building and if i get the chance id do it again with this same team. Thank you My Style Homes team.

From first contact until completion of my lovely new home, my experience with MyStyle has been streamlined and positive. Lachlan determined that the home of my dreams would be affordable, Heather's design advice and guidance ensured that I obtain optimal enjoyment and functionality from my brand new home. Building occurred during challenging times, with shortages of materials and tradespeople as well as a pandemic, but throughout the entire process MyStyle kept me regularly informed with fortnightly updates. As well, I was living interstate and unable to be there to observe progress first hand as the house was built, so photos helped make it all a reality. The entire MyStyle team has been professional, friendly and helpful throughout. I never thought I'd have the opportunity to have a brand new home, and thanks to MyStyle I now have a beautiful home and am happy to recommend Grant and Heather and the MyStyle team to anyone considering a new build.

I went through MyStyle Homes for a new build between July 2020 to October 2021. From day one of walking through the display homes, to still being in contact after handover, the employees have done nothing but go above and beyond to provide us with the house of our dreams. Lachlan, Petra, Grant, Heather and Steven are the most caring people and made every step of the way smooth and stress free. Couldn't thank them all enough for everything they have done for us.

I cannot fault our experience with MyStyle homes. From my first consultation with Lachlan I knew we wanted to build with them because of the quality of their builds, their attention to detail and their fully personalised approach and they did not disappoint. Heather went above and beyond to make sure that our house was designed exactly how we wanted it and would suit our family now and in the future. During the design process she considered every detail possible and was happy to accommodate all of our requests. Nothing ever felt like to much to ask and she was always happy to discuss ideas, re- draw plans and keep working on the design until we were 100% happy.The customer service throughout was excellent, the whole team were very knowledgeable, happy to answer as many questions as we had, and kept us updated on every stage, which was much appreciated.Their pricing system was upfront, transparnernt and inclusions were all fully customisable meaning we were able to stay within our budget while upgrading on exactly what we wanted.As I said I can not fault any part of process of building with MyStyle Homes and would highly recommend them. We are so grateful for their attention to detail, personalised approach and excellent customer service!
