Very poor service dont deliver parcels until over a month after they receive them. Would not recommend using them at all. very unprofessional. Unacceptable service.

First dealings with the company required 56 calls to Aramex to try and get my parcel. Second dealings I have been waiting for a call back to no avail so called and now have been hung up on 4 times. What a poor customer experience from a service provider. I can't access my freight that I paid for and is for my business.

This business was caught lying to a potential customer. They said they didn’t pick up parcels from my home town, when in fact I was at there drop off point where a parcel was waiting to be picked up by there company.

'Diabolical': sad, poor, terribly, poorly, embarrassing, appalling and to top it off a care factor of zero. It has been five weeks to date that we have been waiting on a Parcel to be delivered (Sydney to Dubbo) what normally takes most companies about three days. Three weeks with Aramex (also Diabolical) to get our parcel to Doble's Express Transport which has been sitting there for two weeks only to be told it is a small Parcel so it will get delivered when ever we find it? To make matters worse the Doble's truck drives past our business almost every day.We all make mistakes and we all have bad days but this is seriously not good enough.

The actual depot and the people are professional, well organised and dedicated to the art of logistics. The forklift drivers and freight handlers here are some of the best I have ever seen in the business. Parcel freight across the industry is currently overloaded, but these guys are doing the best they can, everyday, to get your freight to you. Well done guys!

I wouldn’t even give Doble Express 1 Star. Absolutely appalling customer service and lies about delivery. I still haven’t received my item that has been ‘on board’ for delivery for over a week now. No update and different stories every time I call. Avoid this transport company at all costs.

Shocking service. Twist the truth about delivery dates .kept changing dates 3 times .in the end I couldn't trust what they were telling me so I got another courier to pick my parcel up from them and I had it the next day.Thankyou JFT !!I would not recommend Dobel Dubbo to anyone.

Package gone missing, this company claim they delivered it at 03.47am on the 1st Nov. Not sure what's going on but it's not good. Would not use this company if I could help it.Package was delivered two months late. Am grateful that package turned up
