3 different staff members gave me their time freely for advice on different products. When one member wasn't completely confident, they were able to access another member that was ready to assist. It was a refreshing change from the other stores where members hem and haw" and read you the backs of packaging that you've already seen

Called up for a heater hose. Was told part wasn’t in stock but give him a minute and he’ll see if there was an alternative part. Was told they had something similar. I went in store with the old part. Was able to use said hose. Thanks Liam for your professionalism and going the extra mile. Cheers

Only 2 people available for service at the time, (the only other went to lunch as I got there) was a bit off-putting" even though the place wasn't extremely busy at the time.The guy I spoke with prior to my arrival was the one who went to lunch so I had to go through my storey of requirement again.This next chap was very patient with me and extremely helpful when trying to get a "special" battery suited to my vehicle.I found out RAA members do not get discounts on batteries any longer as they are now "in competition" with each other. Other products do still attract RAA discounts.A well stocked business

I just went in Repco Munno Para to get a few metal cutting disc's but they didn't have any but the man said no worries I'll get some here tomorrow for you great guy & shop

Called in for a drive belt, she gave me the wrong one. I turned round immediately but she ignored me and served someone else. Then had to wait ages for the someone else to get me the right one. The point is, if you're going to hand us the wrong parts you might as well put the products out the front so we can serve ourselves. Save us both a lot of hassle.

....staff were friendly and patient. Didn't have an idea about what type of engine oil to use, but after speaking with a particular staff,he took time to ask detail(s) about my car, especially since my car mileage was about hitting 200k. That helped with picking my car engine oil. Smooth ride after servicing!

Definite improvement in help from staff. Great variety of stock. Prices a bit over the top. But with RAA card helps bring price back. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff were really helpful but unfortunately they didn't have anything in stock. They did offer to order in what I needed but it would take two weeks so I went elsewhere.
