Faulty road worthy, listed stuff that was expensive to fix that was not wrong , yet failed to pick up in non retractable seat belts on my son's car, which is a death trap when I asked for a refund as I took it to another mechanic, who checked it over for an hour free of charge,and was really honest with me Con screamed and abused me.. They said I needed my gas tank service even though i.had a sticker on it saying it was had it's 10 year service and had the certificate. This company obviously plays on people that know nothing about cars to try and financial benefit. When I was picking up the car , I was told to move my car out of the business, so his wife can park.I will report to Vic roads and advise anyone with same experience to do so.

Dodgy rip off 1500 for roadworthy didn't need anything pic's of underneath my car not even mine 150 scan no result steer clear of this business arrogant and money hungry and lies

I started using Kon(business owner) as my regular mechanic about 3 years ago, until recently I had no problems. I had the timing chain set replaced and a billet oil pump installed, not even 9 months but 23km past the warranty the chain snapped, I took it back, 3 months later I was told by Bursons they put it through as a warranty claim, Kon was credited parts and labour, I supplied a Herrod kit, and at the end of the day I was charged $1200 odd dollars for a job that was covered by warranty. That’s aside from having to hire a car to continue working. This business has no ethics whatsoever. An absolute disgrace.

We were loyal customers but always felt as though they were charging far too much and not actually doing the work they quoted. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my car was overheating. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem by scanning car's computer and charged us over $1000 to incorrectly change the radiator. They also de-gassed the car while trying to 'fix' the over-heating problem. The problem continued after this 'service' so we went to another mechanic who fixed their mistakes, re-gassed the car and told us the problem was a simple fan problem which should have been a cheap and easy fix. The car hasn't had any problems since. Sadly, we will certainly not be back and would advise others to not waste their time or money here.

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. The quality of the work is terrible. They broke my door off my car and it took them over a week to replace, no courtesy car was given to me while I had to wait for them to fix their mistake.When they did replace it , they used a second hand door with no tinted windows and scratches all over the door, and the collor code was wrong too. The window stopped winding up and down a week later.They then replaced my front bumper and side guard as an apology, which was good but when I came to pick my car up they had left the old front bumper and side guard sitting in the back of my car expecting me to find somewhere to throw it out. The owner of the company said to me “just go out at night and put it somewhere” I had to fight just to get them to take the old bumper and side guard out of my car so they could throw it out.All in all I can’t say how shocked and insulted I have been made to feel being a customer here. Save yourself the stress, worry and money and go else where.

This person is very shady and dodgy. Con is conman kind of. Quoted 1200 for a rwc fpr a 2019 model car with no defects. Used sale pressure to lock us in. but called us the next day and upped it to 2100. He asked for cash only I believe to avoid tax. He forgot to put the engine oil lid back on and for 1 month we drove it like that. Another mechanic said it's miracle the engine didn't blow up. Sees dollar figure the moment you drive in. Please search for other mechanics in the area and avoid his scam trap. There are 3 just down the road. Fox is really a nice description of his conduct as a mechanic.

Great and friendly service.Took a quite run down car in as it was having issues. They were honest and advised that fixing it would cost more than it was worth. Held it for a few days and even made suggestions for tow companies to contact. All at no charge at all. Can always get our other cars in there quickly and without fuss. Well priced and fair services.
