Extortionate restocking fee. I needed to return an unopened $500 heated towel rail and was hit with a 20% + delivery fee. Total price to return a new an unopened rail = $150. Stay away.

That might sound like a bit of fluff. BUT, if your the person coordinating the installation of product and timing of trades, then this simple schedule is GOLD".... Ive installed other systems in the past and they pretty much let you work it out for your self.We are also suppling and installing their heated towel rails: great product! so many combinations of function and form.Great products and great support.My clients are happy

Over the past few years ive built 3 properties with Thermogroup underfloor heating. Its a must have. But this review is actually about the service from Thermogroup. Ive dealt with John for the past few years and hes one of the few people that remember good old fashioned service. Unfortunately its few and far between these days. Thermogroup can be trusted and they deliver on their promise. 5 stars for sure

Awesome service - ordered heated floor mats for some of our team who feel the cold ;), and they were delivered to our door in 10 minutes. These floor mats are fantastic - us frogs keep warm without heating the whole office and roasting everyone. I even warm my gloves and rug with them! Thanks again Thermogroup.
