The manager is so rude . He returned my parcel to the sender without sending me a notification card .Unfortunately this is the only post office near me and I have to wait in long lane ( after 4 pm ) then I always feel that he has issues with me in the way he speaks to me and his attitude towards me is discriminatory. It seems he does not like his job and is arrogant.

rude place ever. two weeks we tried to pick up two parcels. Both times sent away. I had my id stolen so had nothing. The same parcels for years have been left at my house. This guy spoke to us while looking at the wall the whole time and refused me the parcel. We showed him a few things all with my name on. All we was told. No good. Never had a rude person like this. I pay alot to get things delivered. Then can't have them.

Average service, people need to smile and make you feel welcome, not even a thanks . They always look missable. Very small post office and very cluttered. It gets so busy and u can’t move around. Trying to collect a parcel is like fortnox u get interrogated even though u show ID. Good location

I wish if I could give them rating in negative. I am so fed up with their service. I’ve been encountered so many incidents with an old lady and the manager. The old lady is so rude all the time. Moreover, she’s a racist as well. Whenever I ask some help or even a question she always deny for that and gets rude always. It happened with me again today, I asked her name and she said go and ask the manager. I went to the manager and asked the old lady’s name, he denied to give her name as well as his name too. They both didn’t have their name tags as well. I request Australia post to take action against them.

Useless, what the point making a passport appointment if your staff aren’t even going to be on time to work. Went in for a 9am passport appointment only to see the staff walking through the door at 9:05 coffee in hand. Everything about this place annoys me every time I come here, always a line out the door too.

Very rude staff, went for passport application, lady has no idea how to accept the application, waste of time. Just stop doing passport application if your staff is not skilled to do so. Treat customer with respect

Would give ellenbrook Australia post negative if I could their service is appalling, I requested for it to be dropped at my house (always works even with leaving at the door) but not this time called and seen how someone can pick it up for me as I don't have a license was told just need to send an email to the person in a stat Dec format. Did so and got my sisters boyfriend to collect and he called while there never heard someone so rude she said no you need to print and sign an email which has no common sense spending $60 to get an uber to pick it up when I already paid 300 for the package it's self.

I wish it could come up with 0 star.coz this is what Ellenbrook post office service deserves.Manger is the worst rude person.he shouldn’t be working in this post office.he is very rude and discriminatory person I have ever seen.who doesn’t even understand word customer service.He definitely needs a retirement.What a shame
