We had previously built a home with a project builder from Brisbane, but we knew we wanted something different this time around. When we first met Mark, we knew he was the right builder for us. He was easy to talk to, listened to our needs and worked with us to bring our vision to life. He treated us like a friend and spent so much time getting to know us personally, it made us feel comfortable and like we were in good hands.Throughout the entire process, Mark and his team made sure that everything was stress-free for us. They were accommodating when my wife got sick and worked with me every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. They were even able to downsize some of our design elements to fit within our budget while still adhering to the country style we were after.The quality of our new home is absolutely incredible. The fittings and finishes are all high quality and you can tell that no corners were cut. I was surprised to hear that there were no cheap or low-quality parts used. Mark and his team made sure that everything was done to the highest standard possible.One of the things we love most about our new home is how well it fits in with the landscape. Mark made sure that our home was built on adjustable stumps to work with the natural movement on our block. He even helped us organise 180 sandstone blocks and put a dam into the property.Working with Mark and his team was an absolute pleasure. He was always one step ahead of other builders and knew how to handle any supply issues that came up. His team of sub trades were all meticulous and worked to the same high standards as Mark. They even helped us with our landscaping and made sure the entire property looked great.If we were ever going to build another home, we would get Mark and his team back in a heartbeat. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. From our initial meeting on site in Goondiwindi through to walking into our new home, working with Hughes Elite Builders was an easy process and I’m really happy with the quality of the new home Mark and his team built for our family.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again, they did a great job and were friendly and accomodating.

Mark and Jodie were both so helpful and guided us through the whole process, they made the planning process so easy and stress free. One thing that really stood out for us was how Mark allowed us to walk through the home whenever we wanted to check on the progress and make sure everything was being done properly. We really appreciated this level of transparency and peace of mind.The quality of the new home is just perfect. We can't fault it at all. The construction, paintwork, tiles - everything was spot-on. We had one small issue after we moved in, and Mark was there fast the same night to fix it without any hesitation. You couldn't ask for better service from a builder really.I mostly dealt with Jodie and Mark, and they were just fantastic to work with. They made the process so easy and stress-free. We went away during most of the build and had no worries at all about how the home was going to be finished.Overall, we had an amazing experience with Hughes Elite Builders. If you want a really decent house and a good build time, I would only have Mark and Hughes Elite Builders build it. He is the only one I would recommend in Warwick. We had previous dealings with another spec home builder that initially turned us off building, but working with Mark and his team was such a pleasant experience. I’m so grateful for the work Mark did for us and would recommend him to anyone looking to build a new home.
