Purchased a Bushwakka extreme darkness, and followed up by purchasing 4 additional extreme legs. Order processed well and arrived on time.Unfortunately two of the legs arrived without the attachment nuts and bolts, and the poles had minor scratches all over due to the packaging and taping them together. This is not what one would expect from a premium product.After raising the missing nuts and bolts with Outback Equipment, the nuts and bolts arrived within 4 days which is a great response.Disappointed with the overall experience, but the level of service received is good, thank you Courtney.

I have a caravan and 4 wd and have been dealing with Outback equipment for for a few years now and I personally have a high regard for the manner in their helping me with items I have purchased whether it’s ordered by email phone or personal pick up or even if item is urgent also a big thanks to your staff for their never ending help. I can't speak highly enough of the great level of customer care that was provided by Outback Equipment. I had a severely tight timeframe to purchase and collect my item and Chris and his team (particularly Courtney) went out of their way to ensure I could finish my project on time. They explained the process and provided regular feedback and updates. They even made sure the third party provider delivered on their promises. Thanks team! Well done!

Terrible experience with ordering a couple of items. They never arrived and it took me to contact them over a month later. They apologized and promised to fix this. I got an email saying they had received in stock my item and were now shipping it only for nothing to arrive again. I then got emails asking how I liked my products?! I emailed again saying they never arrived, after which I was told that they actually did Not receive in stock my item (that they had confirmed by email) and that it was actually out of stock... It is now about 9x weeks after I first made the order.

Terrible phone service. Phone message says to continue to hold and then after 7+ mins says they’re too busy and to call back later.Placed a substantial order 3 months earlier and have pushed for eta on stock via email and phone with a very low reply rate.Drove 2 hrs to save on freight and exchange a Maxx Air fan for a different colour to be told on arrival that it would be an extra $130. Even though I questioned this the day before. Then I was told it wasn’t in stock. Next minute it turned up.Drove to the loading dock to be told my awning was sold 30 mins earlier even though I had paid for this back in April.Disgusting service, no accountability or compensation offered.Will not recommend!!!!Edit…. I took my complaint higher and got amazing results. Khoa Mullins (New Customer Service Manager) was professional, understanding and solution focused. A new awning was sourced and expressed delivered within 2 business days along with prompt follow up calls and emails. I’ve since added to my order and couldn’t be happier with the service provided, in the end. Thanks Khoa, you have a big job ahead of you cleaning up this business but I believe you’re the right man for the job!

They took ages to dispatch my product. Then sent me the wrong seat covers for a single cab bench seat not a dual cab told me to return them. Then told me I was sent the right ones. We are a month down the track and still nothing asked for my money back. Never again hopeless

As a customer who trusted your reassurances that the correct jockey wheel would be sent, I am appalled by the blatant disregard for my needs and the inconvenience caused by your careless mistake.Initially, I reached out to your customer service department regarding the purchase of a jockey wheel for my trailer. I provided all the necessary details and specifications to ensure that I would receive the correct product. Your representative, whom I interacted with, assured me that the jockey wheel was the one specified and pictured on your eBay listing, alleviating any concerns I had.However, when the shipment finally arrived, I was astounded to discover that the jockey wheel sent was completely wrong. This blunder has caused significant delays and inconveniences, forcing me to halt my project until a replacement can be obtained.What frustrates me the most is the fact that I specifically emphasized the importance of receiving the correct jockey wheel, stressing the urgency of my situation. It is unfathomable that such a crucial detail could be mishandled so carelessly. I placed my trust in your company, and this mistake has severely impacted my confidence in your ability to provide adequate customer service. You made me wait four days for a refund after the Jockey wheel was returned and them tried to charge me postage for your mistake. A quick dispute with eBay solved that problem.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened. Not only have I wasted valuable time and money, but I have also lost faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I had hoped that a reputable organization like yours would uphold its promises and rectify mistakes promptly. Regrettably, that does not appear to be the case.I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your customer service protocols and provide proper training to your representatives to ensure they understand the importance of accurate order fulfilment and empathetic communication.I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere, and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others through online reviews and word-of-mouth. Great staff assistance. Good online presence... Showroom is tucked away in an industrial area, and only has capacity for limited product exposure. But Definalty worth the visit. Use the website prior so you know what you are looking for and it makes it easier for the staff to find.
