Direct Freight Express

Worst couriers in coffs harbour use anyone else were possible. They put the connote for my order on someone else's product now I have stuff I didn't order and have to sit on hold for 30 minutes and counting to sort the issue. This is the only courier company that gives me consistent issues. Do better.

Ordered something from out of state at the beginning of January and at the start of February still haven't received it. Phoned up multiple time and have heard different stories each time. Drivers just can't be bothered to go into small towns.

Only one of two parcels delivered 1st Dec, was due 29th Nov. Called 2nd Dec to report that only one of two parcels were delivered and I was told that they hadn't received the other parcel from the supplier. However on my tracking information it said that both parcels were scanned in Coffs Harbour depot. I was notified via email that Inquiry was made. 5 days later received no reply so I tried to call several times over several days to get an automated message explaining due to high demand they can not take calls then it cut out. Finally got through 16th Dec to be told the inquiry had been closed and to contact the supplier. After explaining again that both parcels were scanned in Coffs but still only one delivered they said Oh it must be lost" they would open another inquiry. I did contact supplier and both parcels were sent and scanned at depot. Still waiting."

Gave my package to a subcontractor and wouldn't provide their details. Launched a long winded investigation to track it. Lady was rude and not helpful. Disgusting customer service. 3 days late and still haven't received it.

Was home all day they didnt ring door bell at all?Update: 4 days later still no re dilvery attempt, I ve rang them directly and filled out the re delivery note and these guys dare to use their slogan when its Urgent!" what a joke!!"

Package got scanned into Coffs Harbour Depot... Then nothing for a week... Spent two days on the phone to customer service, they had no idea where my package was. Worst shipping experience I've had... Until I spoke to Kellie from customer service, she was amazingly helpful and tracked it down in a couple of hours.. I've been told it will be delivered tomorrow. Thanks Kellie, my Mum should get her xmas present, your an angel!

I’ve been waiting on a parcel, Thursday they put a letter in the mail box without even knocking.We rang them and they wouldn’t let us collect but said it would be delivered Friday. Same thing happened Friday so we rang again and needed the parcel so they said they would leave at front door Monday but then just never showed up Monday. Just rang the company and spoke to a lady about this problem and after 2min she hung up on me. Worst service I’ve ever had

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews.. weren’t there to collect my package, chose to get it delivered without me there for the following day, got delivered the next day and updated me the whole time..great service :)

The depot staff were helpful about delivery queries and the driver got the heavy consignment as close to where it needed to be as he possibly could.

Absolutely disgusting company. The only menu option when calling them that I could actually speak to someone was their 'sales' option. The woman wouldn't answer my questions or help me. My package has been sitting in their depot for ages but nobody is there to answer calls or let me in to grab it. Pathetic service.
