He is honestly nothing short of FANTSTIC ! the attention to detail and hard work throughout the process has just been incredible. From the lead up check ins to the 14-hr porting day, even though we had some issues, Jacob was calm and made everything less stressful, he was clear and concise whilst working with the connectivity team from Brennan and managed to get everything up and running smoothly. The next day kindly holding 2 split Teams presentations to all staff on the new system and how to use, ensuring everyone was comfortable and answering all questions. Assisting the reception ladies personalise their units and generally checking in on everyone to make sure they were ok was beyond my expectations. I had multiple staff come to me to comment on what great customer service they received. This young man deserves recognition for going well above and beyond the role requirements, it is much appreciated.I hope you will pass on my gratitude to your team, the culture shines through on each of them and that is a real credit to you both.
