Worst experience ever. Bosch sent them over under warranty. They rushed to check on my leaking washing machine. End up not finding any problem and reported to Bosch saying I am using too much powder and told me to use a coffee spoon. Few days later, I unscrewed the front outlet and found the pump was partially stuck by dirt. They are unprofessional.

Prompt response and came out to look at our dishwasher within 12 hours of making the enquiry. Fixed the issue and now we have our dishwasher back again. Hooray!! High recommend.

The Daley appliance technician was on my doorstep within four hours of my request. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and had the washing machine operating within about ten minutes. Then he helped by giving advice and hints about prevention and care. Very polite, very helpful, very professional.
