But outside of what you would expect from someone in the industry Craig actually cared. He was genuine in his engagement and honest with his feedback. As we had much loved pets it was tricky on open house days, as we all work!. Thankfully James has an amazing rapport with animals (and humans!) and our darling cat warmed to James straight away. Our cat is a house cat and I had no concerns leaving him with James as I knew James would be kind to him and ensure his safety.
