Was ringing up to enquire about the new back pads for their kneel up boards and was met with bad customer service over the phone. She talked to me in a very condescending way and very rude. I’m sorry great boards had them all my life but if that’s how your customer service treats people specially repeat customers people will look elsewhere.

Extremely well made boards, cannot fault design and build quality in any way. They were able to replicate my desired design perfectly. Customer service representatives need a few lessons however in accepting responsibility for damages that they cause and not just blaming bthe customer despite them not having touched the board.
