We are very pleased that we went with Industrial Electrics for our solar panels. We chose them after reviewing a few different companies and IE reviews were all excellent and good value. Tony was the person we mainly dealt with and Stacey was excellent first impressions person who directed our calls and was very informative and friendly. We were also having roof tiles restored and painted at the same time and Tony was very accommodating in arranging brackets to be fitted first so we could have roof painted. Then the IE team returned and fitted the panels. All very streamlined and professional. Tony was most helpful and both he and Stacey were patient with all our questions which was very reassuring. We have no hesitation in recommending Industrial Electrics when purchasing solar panels. When hearing stories about solar panel companies going out of business and leaving clients stranded, we are so glad we chose a business that has been handling specialised electrical work since 2006 as well as solar panels. I contacted Tony from Industrial Electrics looking for some clarity on a large solar system for my roof. There's a lot of dodgy companies out there so it was good to deal with a local company that has runs and years on the board. Tony was very knowledgeable and explained it all clearly. The team that installed it really knew what they were doing and were friendly and helpful. The system is performing so well, we're creating 5 times what we use!

We had Solar installed recently with IE. I had discussed our requirements with Craig and was pleasantly surprised with the price he quoted for a pretty large system. Better than any other quote we got Tony took over with his boys. All very pleasant, and Tony was always available on the end of the phone, with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Just purchased A solar system from Industrial Electrics. From the initial contact I found them nothing but professional. The sales staff were very informative from time of first contact to installation ( Done within a week as promised ) The installers were a pleasure to have on my property and kept me up to date on how all was going /went even helping me set up the APP for the SMA portal. I sourced several different companies and found a lot of non truths out there. So well done IE keep up the good work. I have gone from a Solar idiot to now have a basic understanding of how the system works. Thanx again
