The employee named Osin (might be the manager) is very rude and impolite. Serves the customer as if she is doing a favour. I've wanted to go to hungry jacks everytime I'm in Griffith but thinking about her behaviour puts me off and I go to McDonald's instead.

Ok, so just as well I am gluten intolerant and I remove the bun from my burger before eating. Otherwise I may not have found the hair until it was already in my mouth. Wear a hairnet next time

Waited for long time. Lady there were so rude. I had to get to work on time. She said its not my problem. But she could have listen. I was calling her for 10 minutes to know status of my order. Date today. Time 10 am.

I got food poisoning yesterday at lunch time from eating there. The cashiered continued to try hand my husband the incorrect order as well. Even after my husband repeated what he ordered using the app. I don't think we will be in a hurry to try it again.

Very horrible service. I will never recommend. I placed online order today. Paid money. Amount deducted from my account. But staff said order not received. I asked for refund. But excuse is after investing 4 days. But no paper is given.

Honestly wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star (it’s too generous) when stepping into the restaurant the place was a mess only 2 of the tables had no mess, spills or rubbish on them I seriously doubt it is sanitised, upon the order itself I was waiting 15mins for a drink and large chips they had forgotten about, i would have been fine to wait IF there was a lot of orders. Staff then placed chips on the bench and walked away presumably to collect the drink returned and said they could not do a lemonade burstie they can only do coke bustie, this was fine, he placed a purple burstie on the bench and walked away I asked a staff member if this was my order? She called him back and he said yes and walked away again, the customer service is appalling…”coke” burstie tastes suspiciously like a grape or raspberry.
