Professionalism,͏ Patience, and a Planner!I'm glad I engaged James to sell my apartment. He has a wealth of experience and could explain real estate terms easily and effectively. Although it took a little time to sell my apartment, James assured me it was presented very well, eventually finding a buyer who wanted my apartment and all its furnishings too! James was more than happy to have 1-2 open homes per week, flexible with timing, and keeping me in the loop with potential buyers.
