National Tiles Strathpine

Drove for 40 minutes to get to the store for a specific purchase and found them to be closed 25 minutes before their advertised closing time (both online and on the sign on the door). Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Went into the store today to have a look for some ideas and quotes, and the two team members where the nicest, most helpful people. They had some fabulous ideas, helped with colour matching and quoted up the tile I was looking at. Absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend this store for their service. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

What a disappointing experience. No stock available so we were told they’ll do a quote and order the product in which could take 2 weeks. We asked if we should pay for it but we were told it’s okay to pay on pick up. We called to check after 2 weeks and we’re told it wasn’t ordered because we didn’t pay for it! Anyway we then paid for it and we were then told that the product should take about 3 days to come into store. 5 days later I call again to be told that it was delivered but give them time to unpack it, some one will call tomorrow. You guessed it, no call. I call again to be told that it’s there just come pick it up. Great! We get there 30 minutes later only to be told that the storeman has left and there is no one that can get the order from the warehouse. Unbelievable! I have asked for this to be escalated and I was told that there seems to be a problem with the payment! This has come off my account over a week ago! I asked about the company’s complaint process and the consultant couldn’t tell me how to do that. Apparently I will get a call from the store manager. I have no expectations at this point. No customer service or after care.

At national tiles lawnton today. And Zia and Jasmin were the most wonderful and perfect staff. Everything I asked they answered and I couldn’t be happier, shopped at national tiles for a long time now, and won’t stop unless both Zia and Jasmin leave.

Very bad service. We been to the store today and no other customers were there. We went to the desk for help and there was two staff and said have a look on the walls even didnt come to help . Once we found the tiles we want we told them then they said no stock thats it nothing else. We walked out the shop but those two didnt offer any help just stood behind the desk and chit chat. Worst customer service we ever experienced.

Ordered tiles for our kitchen splash back, after being told Friday, which then ended up being Monday. We called asking if they were ready after a few back and forths and being told they were transferred(we think), we drove to Strathpine to collect. When we approached the counter, a lady told us who said they were in? We said we had been called to collect by reception. She said Okay well drive around the back and I'll get someone to bring them to you. Drove around the back to be greeted by what looked like a receptionist and a salesman having a smoke, as I jumped out my car they both said nothing ignored me and just wander off leaving me standing there. After a few moments later I seen the first lady from reception and another forklift driver loading something up on a pallet. The lady came over and said yup we found them. The forklift guy brought over 6 wet looking bashed up boxes on the forklift and then let me unload them into my car as he sat on the forklift.We had our tiler showing up in a hour so we got them back to the city without really checking them and as we have never ordered tiles thought tile boxes might just look like that. Once home we unboxed a few tiles to help the tiler. The tiles we had received looked more like second hand or even recycled trash. Even the best looking ones if we appiled the black grout it would have made them worse. We had to send our tiler off and organise another date. Upon calling National Tiles they offered no apologies just excuses and that they shouldn't have looked like the ones we got. The guy that even helped replace was rude and extremely lazy acting as by him helping us was equal to him giving a kidney. As for a review I would recommend spending a extra $4 and go to Uptiles or Beaumonts especially if your new to the reno game and are unsure of what is right and what isn't. See attached pictures of what they tried to pass off as our order. National Tiles more like National Disgrace.

I have been back and forth to National Tiles throughout my kitchen, bathroom and outdoor renovations and have had Zia look after me with outstanding customer service throughout my entire interaction with National Tiles Strathpine/Lawnton.She maintained a constant friendly professional manner, has a great amount of knowledge of the products and recommendations, and kept an easy patience with my constant changes of decisions.Zia and the other staff including Jasmine have looked after me every time I have visited the store.

Was very busy on Sunday but great service by the two workers, nothing was an issue

Great products and cheap prices. 99% of the products were in-stock , with only a short waiting time for an order. Delivery was $99 which is an excellent price considering I live 50 min away from the store. Staff were super friendly and helpful . JP

The older gentleman with the beard and glasses mad my day today! (didn't catch his name) but he was super helpful! If only more sales assistants were more like him!
