UPDATE ON BELOW REVIEW: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Since installation we have not had one response to 100's of support requests from both Carbon Track Africa and Australia. Our system has malfunctioned and the only way to get hot water in the house again is to call in an electrician to get rid of the Smart Hub, you cannot just bypass it. SHOCKING COMPANY!We used Carbon Track Africa to install a smart hub onto our geysers. We paid in full for the device and installation in mid March. We only managed to get installation completed in mid May after umpteen last minute cancelations of appointments with varied ridiculous excuses, the final excuse from the company being I don't have enough money for fuel". During this 2 month wait for installation post payment

Providing smarter monitoring and control is a good idea, and carbonTRACK says that it has the products to do that. I have not personally tested their products as a customer, so it's hard for me to say exactly how good their products and service is.
