Australia Post - Bondi Junction Post Shop

Took me forever to find this place. For the benefit of anyone reading this: Enter, as if you were driving, through the carpark entrance (ground level) on Grafton St. near Adelaide St.Then walk straight into the post office at the end. And yes, P6 is ground level.

Went in the other day and there were two ladies who were just lovely and very helpful! Started conversation and asked me how my day was. Really great customer service.However, I went in today and there is one older lady who was just speaking to me so rudely. Had this awful tone on her which made me feel so uncomfortable, and I did react to her attitude. She has terrible customer service and an awful tone of voice for no good reason.This is really frustrating as it is the closest post office to me, so I will be making sure that someone else serves me next time.

Just like the recent reviews — what is up with the bad customer service? I wait in line and ask a question (because who else would I ask regarding sending something with a particular envelope) to find out later it when sending it that what I was told is not true? You would think that they would look at receipt it ask for a description of the person to find out who it was to retrain but no, because they don’t care. Not even an apology? There are clearly staff at this location that are way too comfortable in their jobs. Go elsewhere.

If you need to post packages then the actual Post office is in the EastGate mall off of Spring street (where Kmart is). See my pics below.The location on google is for parcel pick up only. You can either access by going down the travelator one level from Woolies or walking in through the car park entrance on Grafton street.

Come to post office at 12:40 today and talked with a lady. She so rude. I ask her whether she has fragile tape to put outside a bit cause the good is easy to broke. It’s ok if the post don’t have it. She point to my face and said it’s my responsibility’s to put it and pack it carefully so rude. Disappointed with service

Absolutely HOPELESS phone non-service.No wonder people are using other couriers as A.P. doesn't know the meaning of the word SERVICE.Don't show phone numbers of individual post offices and the central number has a 20 minute wait to (maybe) speak with a HUMAN.HOPELESS.INEFFICIENT.TARDY.POOR MANAGEMENT.HOPELESS.

Suffering long queues and run understaffed since Potts Point Post office no longer open Saturdays this place is getting smashed like the airports - avoid Saturdays

The dumping ground for lazy delivery drivers who could not be bothered to actually do what they are paid to do and deliver packages. Parking is hard at this post office especially when you have to get heavier packages. Staff are surly because they have to deal with the angry customers who didn't get their package delivered by the lazy drivers. A package that does not get delivered costs Australia Post more money with storage costs, other staff to service customers, bad impact on the brand, so the who thing is a mess. Employee drivers who are competent and incentivise them to deliver to a home or business and negative incentivise if they deliver to a post office.

Despite the efforts of one of the staff, this place is disorganised, poorly run and a stain on Australia Post. They are unable to manage simple processes like passports in a timely way, ensure customers appropriately queue and communicate somewhat accurate wait times. I queued for 30 mins only to be told to go and queue in a different line where I spent another 45 mins waiting for a rude customer who skipped the line to complete 3 passport applications on everyone else’s time. He was not asked to fill the applications out at the desk away from the line and the employee simply aided his behaviour and showed a total lack of regard for the other customers. Shockingly bad customer experience.
