Had a very unfortunate experience. Upon walking into the store it was very clear our business wasn’t wanted/needed. The first two comments were “you know you’re not going to have window furnishings by the time you get into your house” and then “this is going to be very expensive, do you know that?”. It felt extremely patronising and as though they had enough business, they didn’t need ours.I understand it’s a very busy time at the moment, however, we are all busy in our various industries and that never excuses bad customer service.If you are so busy you cannot provide even a decent level of customer service, you should put a sign up out the front stating you are not taking on any more new business. Super disappointed and won’t be returning. I hope other people are not subject to the same.

From the moment I called AS Interiors I was impressed with the service. No matter who picked up the phone I was always in good hands and my enquiries and requests were dealt with in a timely manner.My favourite part of the experience is the fact that my blinds were installed by Steve who originally measured and quoted the job. The benefit of having someone experienced in fitting and installing blinds is that when the time came the blinds fit perfectly and were installed with no hiccups or dramas.For both the quote and the install I was given a day and time which where adhered to and included a call prior to heading out to ensure I was home.I've used other 'big name' companies for window furnishing in the past and I will never go back. Nothing beats the service from AS Interiors and the price is very competitive. I can't wait to use AS Interiors for all future renovations, updates and window furnishing needs.

Jenny, Steve,Tanya and Mitch were brilliant to work with. Tanya was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling and had great ideas regarding colour and texture that would suit our home She kept us informed about the time frame to completion.
