Terrible service. Air conditioner installed by these guys is now faulty.Called up to enquire what the process would be, given excuse that the boss was out and could not give me an answer, was told they would call me back that afternoon. (no callback)Repeat the same process for 2 more days, grueling through the summer heat with no resolution in sightDay 4 of calling to these guys, finally get told to just lodge a ticket with Daikin instead. Waste of time, terrible service. Don't waste your time here.

Answered my call quickly, organised next day service, servicemen on time and very friendly. Listened to our issue and offered a great solution! Very happy!
