My Dirty Dog - Mobile Washing and Grooming

Extremely poor service. Peter was 2 hours late without giving any notice or an apology. He was very gruff when leashing and leading them to the hydrobath and my dogs were shaking when they returned. My two dogs were not thoroughly washed, each one taking approximately 5 minutes and no fresh smell of shampoo when they were done, I am doubtful he even used shampoo. They were still sopping wet not dried at all, the nails were so roughly clipped there are jagged parts all over the place. When I raised concerns he said rudely “just make it $50 and we’ll never have to see each other again”, then continued to yell at me as he left my front yard. This sort of business doesn’t deserve your business!

Wasn't interested in grooming my 2 dogs because I thought his price was way too high for a small mobile unit.

My 2 Border Collies love Peter. He hydro baths and gives them full body clips and they love it. The cost is extremely reasonable and he is always really friendly and punctual. Really happy and definitely recommend him.He used to do my little old Maltese also until he passed recently. Charlie loved him too .

I asked for my dog alpha to be trimmed down very short and although this was done within an hour, he was left with minor scratches/cuts around his urinal area and bends of his legs/ inner thighs which were red and bleeding. He is in lots pain and I feel very sorry for my poor furr baby. First time using this service and am really very disappointed.

Highly recommend. Service was time and is a really professional set up. Not only does our dog, Gedda, look amazing, but she loved Peter and can't wait to see him again. Thanks so much for an excellent service.

Peter Williams has the best service for dog grooming I have ever used. If anyone thinks He is not by something petty, they need to think again. I have trusted his business for years now & am always happy when he comes as my dog has full trust with him. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone as he truly looks after my dog & has a full understanding of dogs & loves them very much. I can't thank him enough for all the wonderful work he displays when doing his job. Thank you for all that you do as you are amazing.
