We used Brendan's services recently to arrange a home purchase.From the onset Brendan was professional, polite and knowledgable - he clearly knows what he is talking about and how to handle this line of work but doesn't waste time with lots of spin and buzz words... instead he just got on with the job of finding and shortlisting suitable properties.Brendan did regular inspections for us which included a video of the properties and a basic report which saved visiting the ones that weren't worth it and made it easy to see features on the properties we liked.He handled the comms with the agents and attended inspections out of hours and did so without a fuss or issue.Brendan made the whole property purchase much much easier for us, and we'll be using hiim again when we're looking for our next house as the time saved, the knowledge gained and the process that he guided us through was exactly what we wanted.

Can’t recommend Brendan enough! We hadn’t planned on engaging a buyers agent, but given market headwinds and our location being out of Sydney it made sense after a couple of months of looking to engage someone who knew the inner west market intimately and could shortlist potential properties without us having to travel to Sydney. Brendan did what he set out to do in a friendly and professional way and after a relatively short period of time we had negotiated and exchanged on a property for a price we that we think was below market and ticked all our boxes. Amazing! Brendan was outstanding. From the first time we met with Brendan we were super comfortable and confident in his ability to find the right home. We don’t have family in Sydney and Brendan was like that for us in our search through the short time we were looking. It was not our first time buying a property but this previous experience did not assist us in any way in the current climate and after many many weeks and months of one bad experience after another trying to buy a property unsuccessfully we engaged Brendan as our Buyers Agent.We should have done this earlier!We would not have been successful in buying the property we have now if we did not have Brendan on our side.He was the X Factor we needed for success.The purchase of our property was not at all easy. My partner and I have just settled on our first investment property after engaging Brendan as our buyers agent.Working with Brendan has been fantastic from start to finish. We were overwhelmed at the prospect of entering the property market, having had no prior experience, and Brendan was able to answer every question we had and provide professional, detailed information every step of the way which took into account our own context and priorities. We ended up changing our criteria halfway through the process, and Brendan was so adaptable which we really appreciated. We ended up moving out of Sydney before finding a place, and we relied upon Brendan to inspect places on our behalf, and the portal he used to display options was super user friendly given we were on the other side of the country.The apartment we ended up settling on fits the bill completely, and with Brendan’s help we were able to get it at a price we were really happy with.
