I came looking for backpack in Oroton SW and i was asthonished by the amazing customer service here. Devina was very helpful in narrowing down my options and giving excellent advise based on my needs. I ended up with the Otto Nylon backpack . Absolute bargain with the extra sales and i can’t wait to comeback soon !

Terrible place to shop. Came in for a refund on a sale item (no faults). The sales person told me she was only able to provide store credit which is illegal. I was forced to buy more items from their store.Consumer rights Victoria states:Refund rightsStores and sellers cannot take away these rights by claiming they have a 'no refund' policy for sale items, or displaying a 'no refund' sign. If a product is on sale because it is faulty, a consumer cannot claim a refund for any problem the store or seller informed them of before the sale.I will never ever shop here again.
