This company goes under several different names which is never a good sign. They were a no show to the kids party and looks like from other reviews under their other name Character Jumps" it's been happening a lot lately. Seems this companies gone downhill

Jump Easy Jumping Castle Hire
My wife and i recently used Jump Easy for some Jumping castles for our daughters birthday.The initial contact was fantastic and the person on the phone was very informative and able to suggest what would be best for the space we had available.The boys turned up on time and had the castles set up in no time, giving the kids something to do so the adults could finally relax :)Thanks Jump Easy!See you next time

All round awesome experience. Jarrah is an awesome guy, super friendly during set up and take down. The castle itself was fantastic; great condition, clean, and, most importantly, fun! We shopped around beforehand and Jump Easy had the best price available, how shocked we were to find out that it wasn't to the detriment of quality or service.

Highly recommended!We went to an event where Jump easy had a few inflatables set up, the staff supervising were very friendly and attentive to the kids. (My daughter never slept so well after such healthy fun!)We have since hired them for a few birthdays, Jarrah is so easy to deal with and makes booking a breeze!

We had Josh come and set up our Frozen themed bouncer for our girls birthdays! He was kind and friendly, set it up so quickly and ran over all the details. Our girls and their friends had the best time ever bouncing on the castle. When Josh came to pick up, he was considerate, quick pack up and lovely. 10/10 recommend!

Jarrah's a nice guy and very professional! The castle was amazing, definitely topped any party we've ever had. Everyone had a blast. It was in excellent condition, very well looked after and clean, delivery and set up was early so I got more bang for the buck and we had it overnight (great price for overnight hire too) I originally booked because it was easily the cheapest castle hire in adelaide for biggest, mixed age castle and I definitely wasn't disappointed. I'd recommend Jump Easy to everyone :D Thanks Jarrah!

Had a jumping castle for a party today. Found the communication excellent. Sent a few pictures to check it would fit. Came on time and were very friendly. Kids loved it. Highly recommended.
