Our carport and shed build took longer than planned because of all things COVID. The sales person worked hard with us to get the right design as we were very specific about what we wanted and the project manager Andy kept us informed all the way and did all that he could to make it happen in a sensible and coordinated way. He also referred us to a range of other trades that were needed e.g. electrician, bobcat etc and between them all we now have a top quality product in our yard that is more than fit for purpose.

The team at Outdoor World were great to deal with from concept and quoting and all the way through the council approval process and the final installation of our Carport. Was very impressed with the quality of the build and attention to detail. Happy to recommend the team at Outdoor World.

This company provided an extremely professional experience from initial contact, site visit, communication and installation. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the result.Incidentally, Outdoor World was the only company I contacted that would design the patio as I requested, others said that it was too hard?

Nice work done. Kept informed right from Initial discussion to Installation. Very helpful and accommodative. Measurements taken before Bifold doors in my Alfresco were installed. I just raised a concern that the top of door with touch the ceiling of Patio when its is installed and they sent out a person to assess if any changes needs to be done. Yes changes were done and that too without any cost or fuss. Outdoor World Keep up the good work.

This is my second patio installation. The last one was back in 2012. It was a smooth process. The team provided update all thru the process from application for council approval all the way to the installation date. They know what they doing to keep customer happy.

We are completely in love with our new patio and would totally recommend this company to anyone needing a new patio.

Outdoor world was great to work with. After the final measurements it only took council 3 days to approve our patio and another 2 weeks for them to get the job done . Overall very please with their time of completion and quality of material .

I have bought my second patio from outdoor world in 3 years. Ordered September 2022 and was told at the time it would be fitted 20 th February 2023 i agreedPatio delivered on time with a week before fitting, but all went wrong from there it was finally completed on Friday 18th May 2023 after over 10 promises of fitting and 4 returns to fix issue ( that being 1 issue) not 4 and they call asking ig im happy and offered me $100 off for my problems,It wasnt my problem it was Outdoor world problem and they blame they couldnt get a replacement sheet of colour-bond.No apology or sincerity of why i have been messed about for 3 monthsThen they left the replaced sheet twisted and bent on my front lawnI wont be buying or recommending this joke of a company to anyone

I'm extremely happy with the patio / carport designed and install by Outdoor World. The confidence and advice from the initial design consultant, through to the quality of the final product installed has been first class. The team kept me informed right through the process, updating me on approvals, delivery and installation time. The price was also the most competitive of all of the quotes I got. Great job, highly recommended.
