When my mum sadly passed and we began the arrangements for her celebration of life, Rachael was at the core of the service I had envisioned to give my mum.The intensely close relationship I had with my mum enabled me to have a great understanding of her and what she liked and I was prepared to arrange the service around Rachael's availability knowing that my mum would be getting the best.The instant bond that Rachael has the ability to create with people who are at the lowest in their lives is unmatched.She instantly gave me comfort and peace as someone who I would’ve known my whole life and as everyone manages grief differently, she seamlessly acknowledged the ways in which my family and I were individually grieving and catered to us accordingly.Although our paths crossed in painful circumstances, Rachael has given me contentment and calm when reflecting on the service she delivered for my mum’s life celebration.The perfect combination of professionalism, personable, gentle warmth and although it would never compare to my own, a nurturing presence that only a mother can offer, that I was so desperately needing.I am so grateful for you and I hope you know the magic trail of healing dust you leave with everyone you meet and every family you service.
