I have been seeing Claire for a few years now, for regular myotherapy treatments, to treat my muscle tension, stress ~ I work as a Nurse & Kinesiologist.I look forward to my regular appointments with her, as she is very knowledgeable about her profession and is a great listener. She welcomes you with her beautiful uplifting spirit and her clinic space is calm, reflecting of the nature of your appointment.I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and my muscle aches, tension and knots eased.Regular myotherapy treatments are a great way to reduce stress and tension and I highly recommend Claire for your myotherapy needs. Claire is an integral part of my Wellness and I feel grateful to have found such a great myotherapist.

Highly recommend Claire, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I have been seeing Claire for 7 years and she has treated multiple issues from sports muscle injury, chronic headaches and migraines, and bad posture associated with too much desk time! Claire uses a mix of therapies from dry needling to deep remedial massage and tailors the therapy based on your needs.

Claire has the most caring and nurturing hands and temperament. Within my first session, Claire was able to advise on what parts of my body needed more work and attention. I appreciate her holistic approach to myotherapy (massage, exercises, ergonomics) and her ability to engage and comfort all senses (sound, smell, touch) during her sessions. I struggle to find anyone close to my side of town that comes even close, and look forward very much to my next sessions.

Claire is not only the kindest and most caring person in the world, she is an incredibly talented myotherapist and remedial massage therapist. Claire has been treating me since she graduated and I will never find anyone as amazing as her. She knows how to fix my RSI from years of being a hairdresser and now a designer on a computer too many hours per week.
